Art Award on Display

The ACT Heritage Library is delighted to have this year's finalists and winners of the ACT Human Rights Commission Annual Art Award on display until 16 July.

The ACT Human Rights Commission holds an annual art award to raise awareness of the work the Commission does and to get young people thinking about the issues surrounding discrimination and human rights.

This year the theme of the award was Disability: Inclusion Through Friendship.

Each day for a week, we'll be showing you one of the winners or finalists of the 2010 award on this blog.

Last year's award theme was The Right to Health. The joint winners were Alicia and Parteek.
