Hot chocolate and poetry

Budding poets and poetry enthusiasts are invited to a FREE three-part poetry workshop for adults:
  1. Listen to a selection of poems by contemporary Australian poets;
  2. Participate in exercises suitable for both new and experienced poets; and
  3. Share a poem - your own or a favourite by another poet (max. 25 lines).

About the facilitator: Award-winning Canberra prose writer and poet Lesley Lebkowicz has taught literature and writing in schools, universities and the wider community. Her most recent book is The Way Things Really Are and she has recently completed a verse narrative, The Petrov Poems.
