Served Australian Army, 3 November 1914-22 April 1917

Previously cadet, Royal Military College, Duntroon 1911-1914, was part of the guard of honour at the Canberra naming ceremony on 12 March 1913, served with the artillery on Gallipoli and the Western Front, commandant of RMC 1942-1945

Commemorated on the ACT Memorial, online and opposite Civic Square on London Circuit
